Membership Process
- Attend an Info Session
- Fill out an application
- Interview with LVHC Board
- Attend unit showings
- Apply for a unit
- Sign Purchase Agreements and pay Buy-In
- Move in!

This is a required first step to buying into the Co-op.
Membership Selection
The board of directors are in the process of selecting our first members. In the future members will be in charge of selecting new members. The criteria for Membership is set by the Board. We considering the following:
- Income stability and ability to afford monthly housing payments
- Willingness to work cooperatively with others and participate in group decision making.
- Willingness to support with maintenance and upkeep, attend trainings and meetings to keep the cooperative healthy and functioning.
- Commitment to our mission, values and helping us expand
- Have strong ties to Little Village
- Household size, accessibility needs and income matches unit
